CONSULTATION
All patients must first schedule a complimentary consultation before scheduling a procedure. During consultation, the explanation of the procedure, healing, after-care as well as pricing will be discussed.
APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your consultation/appointment All scheduled procedures require a non-refundable $200 deposit. Should any appointment be cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional $50.00 will be charged for "no show" or same day cancellations.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
Following the initial procedure, all follow up appointments must be scheduled to take place within 4-6 weeks. There is no charge for follow up appointments scheduled within this time period. (Scar and Camouflage appointments do not apply) Should the appointment take place more than 8 weeks following the initial procedure, additional fees will apply. Follow up appointments will adhere to the same cancellation policy outlined above.
LATENESS
Our goal is to see you at your specific appointment time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that all treatments require their fully scheduled time to provide you with the best result possible
The final result of your procedure(s) is determined by how you care for your procedure, how you heal and your lifestyle.
Over time, application can fade from sun exposure, smoking, medical condition and age.
